AERON FAIRWEATHER, CEO
First generation British born Jamaican, Aeron Fairweather started his career immediately after university in 2012 searching for the the intersections of culture, sportswear and music in Liverpool and Manchester
Unable to find solid outlets after a stint as a full time DJ and Event promotor Aeron’s desire for more took him to the capital in 2015. For many years his work included a variety of experiences within sports retail, retail marketing, account management, event producing, content creation, insights, research and talent management and led to working with the likes of Nike, New Balance, Colors Studios, The North Face, Stussy London Chapter & many more.
